This is a friendly reminder from someone who just turned 57, that health is not something to take for granted. We spent the last weekend moving out my mother’s furniture in order to get the house ready for the new owner. And we are still feeling the consequences of it this weekend! Each day is getting better, but man, it’s a lot!
So please, find some self-care ways to make your health a priority EVERY day. Because it’s just too easy to let time pass before realizing how much you let yourself go! (Speaking to myself of course. 😂)
