Just a reminder for everyone (including myself) that everyday we have something to celebrate.
It’s not about impressing other people.
It’s not about achieving some big milestone.
It’s about recognizing we are still doing things that matter, even when our anxiety and negative thoughts lead us to believe otherwise.
For me, I’ve been studying medical terminology for an upcoming class I’m taking this summer.
I was never great at this kind of stuff, but I am making progress. I learn a few more words each time I study, so that’s a win for me!
Now give yourself a little credit and find something worth celebrating. Not because other people will be impressed, but because you deserve to be kind to yourself.
